Binyamin – Between Jerusalem and Jericho
Explore the dramatic frontier where desert, settlement, and history converge.
Service Description
The region of Binyamin stands between Jerusalem and the Jordan Valley, between fertile mountains and barren desert, between ancient history and modern reality. From breathtaking viewpoints over Wadi Qelt and the Jordan Valley, we will discover how geography shaped Jewish history and why this region became a crossroads for kings, prophets, pilgrims, and armies. We will explore ancient routes, Hasmonean sites, desert springs, and strategic overlooks while examining the role this area played throughout biblical and modern history. This journey reveals how the frontier between wilderness and civilization helped shape the identity of the Jewish people.
